| Pre-existing drug-induced Bone Marrow Suppression. Leukocyte & Platelet counts should be monitored daily. Bone Marrow examinations should be performed periodically. Caution in patients with Hepatic impairment, Renal dysfunction, Women of childbearing age. Use in infants (if using the supplied benzyl alcohol containing diluent), Severe GI, CNS, Pulmonary toxicity when using experimental dose schedules. |
